im googling and jumpe ur blog. congrate with ur current carrier in sime darby..thats good for u..btw, i’ve shortlised unt 1st stage intvw for mngmnt trainee prgrame,this thusday..im looking forward for ur advise/ tips unt intrvw ni since u pass it well..im not into in this intvw thingy since im a freshie..sgt2 nervs ok! hehe..harap mr faizul dpt mmbantu..pliss!! thanks in advance..

Thanks..first of all,of couse they are looking for your confident level.how you communicate.Beside that you should know a little bit about sime darby,the 5 core business,the core value they have.And you must know about the job you apply.
For me it simple just answer the question based of what we know.The important thing is confident and show that you can do the job well.
lastly get ready, they will ask you to write an essay.In my interview, they give me 2 titles about 1malaysia and palm oil industry.I chose 1malaysia..

erm, dlm 1st intvw xde one to one intvw kan..all bout group discusin n online assmnt rite..essei n question bout sime darby core bissnss tu dalm 2nd intvw kan, if 1st stage successed..am i rite? correct me if im wrong.. im lack of info regarding the intvw ..haih! ehe

I only sit for 1 interview only.At that time they give me to do an essay and for the interview.A few week later, they call me and told me I got the job..If you want YM with me just type mohdfaizulali and add me..
